Part Four: Grooming, Mind Control, Shamanism, & Witchcraft

What a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive. I never imagined untangling the lies of Scott Kesterson would take so much time; I wish it were all over. And yet after three parts, we still haven’t been able to tell the entire story; my story is still left to tell. So tonight, we’re going to finally visit the parts of the “calculating hunter.”

Con artists and sociopaths have no problem playing the long game- they excel in patience and cunning, waiting for the most opportune moment to strike their prey. They take time to carefully set the perfect trap, and then wait. They take pleasure in the art of deception and guile; the satisfaction is in the challenge, not only the strike, capture or kill. How long had he been laying his traps, how long had he been weaving the web to catch the prey? And more importantly, what mechanisms of darkness did he use to do it?

We are going to tell the stories that Scott Kesterson never imagined would be told. He never expected us to speak out and tell the truth. So many have asked what happened to the Cantrell family, tonight you are going to hear from them and their story of heartbreak, abuse and tragedy. You are going to hear the lies, the deceit, the abuse, witchcraft and mind control of a true wolf in sheep’s clothing who masqueraded is an angel of light, bringing nothing but darkness.

Starting with pleading guilty for stealing money raised for a cancer victim through his non-profit Spatial Terra, then raising money for a woman in Chile who never saw a dime, countless crusades and drives for efforts like trafficked children, schools and more… all the way to his latest con of raising massive funds for a property in KY… and everyone is asking, Where’s The Money Scott? Tonight we continue unmasking the lies behind one of the most masterful con-artists in the Christian/MAGA movement any of us have ever seen.

Con-artists and abusers are only allowed to continue when their victims are too scared to speak out. This one… ends here. Just who is the real Scott Kesterson? Is he the victim of a government conspiracy as he claims, or a master-mind con-artist with a long line of victims in his wake? Tonight we have with us, Paul and Kristine Cantrell. They have a large family of 12 and do traveling ministry around the country. Their kids are amazing and bring the love and power of God wherever they go, as many of you can attest. We met Paul at our Plymouth event in 2022 and that is where Paul met Scott. We met the whole crew at Bardsfest 2023 where they all prayed and ministered. Scott then invited the Cantrells to stay at Brad’s Cummings property with him in Oregon and they did with a few breaks from that fall until August of 2024.

That is the time frame of the story we are about to tell you tonight. 

After our first two shows we have received so many messages from people who have left Scott Kesterson, been hurt by him, ridiculed, kicked out of chats, and conned.

Most of you could follow along with the story, but I have to tell you, it is hard to follow, because on the tree that is SK, there are so many offshoots.

He uses his story telling abilities, which are masterful, to craft lies and make up fiction to pull the listener in and ultimately get them to give him something. Here is a recap of the first two shows- Who is the Real Scott Kesterson and Show Us the Money Scott

Early life-
Scott was married 2x. He married his French professor in college and supposedly homeschooled her two boys ( online interview https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVsNk6CsLKw). He also took on her last name and went by Scott Collard for many years. He married another woman who is ten years older than him. And had a long time girlfriend, Brady Hansen, who was once listed as an officer of his consulting company Spatial Terra. Listener have told us he speaks very poorly about the boys he raised and talks badly about them as “raging liberals and two homosexuals.”- His words. 

Not much is known about SK before 2006 when he went to Afghanistan funded by a local news network and filmed the Canadian military in Afghanistan. Somehow he hooked up with a real pulitzer prize winning war photo journalist named David Leeson who produced and helped edit the film At War. Scott re-released the film as Bards of War in 2019 but omits David’s contribution to the film in press releases. 

The last two episodes we went over his 2 big monetary cons and his massive campaigns and promises. 

We went over his military training with COIN, the counter insurgency in Afghanistan which was supposed to focus on

COIN Mission StatementThe U.S. military’s counterinsurgency (COIN) mission, as outlined in the U.S. Army/Marine Corps Counterinsurgency Field Manual (FM 3-24), published in 2006 under General David Petraeus, can be summarized as:”To render insurgents ineffective and non-influential by building strong and secure relations with the population of the host nation, integrating all instruments of national power—military, political, economic, diplomatic, and psychological—to defeat the insurgency and address its root causes.”

Basically, Scott was on the ground, working with the US military on embedding in cultures to manipulate them to do what they wanted. Mind control, psy ops, leaflets, radio programs, and on ground going village to village to befriend locals to get them on the US side.

Scott is a highly trained manipulator. 

He then took those manipulation skills and wrote papers for and with government officials. His big idea was how to use media like audio and visual to manipulate people to do what first, the military wanted- and he landed a $454,000 military contract with the DOD to develop media strategies for psy ops and physiological warfare. 

That company was Spatial Terra Defense.

He was also working on the civilian side and created Spatial Terra with his friend from Afghanistan Pete Gillete, to use these same “population centric strategies,” with the goal of helping big energy middle push back from locals in places they wanted to drill oil or frack for gas.

Basically he would create a media campaign to convince locals to let the big companies come in. Even manipulate them to love them

The blond woman here is Kelly De La Torre. She was a lawyer and one of the only women in Colorado to represent the interests of big energy. She was intrigued with Scotts plans. He hired her to create a non profit called Spatial Terra Foundation, which later was named Spatial Terra Research and it is still operational according to open corporates and is a foreign non profit.

He became close friends with the De La Torres and sets up a fundraiser for Kellys family after she is diagnosed that year in 2013 with lymphoma. She died in Oct of 2013 and SK continued to raise money from 80 of their friends and family until Feb of 2014. He then ran with the money. He was caught in 2017 while on a bike trip in Montana. In 2016 he started a political fundraiser pac called Kilroy Rising. No one knows what happened to those funds but the fec asked him 3x to provide reciepts

He laid low for 2 yrs and then had his record sealed. When he restarted his podcast people began to ask questions about this crime. Instead of admit to it. He points people to episode 64 where he weaves an entirely made up Jack Ryan type story that is demonstrably false.

He recently trippled down in the episode on suicide and in coffee with Jesus on Sunday 

Over the years with his podcast he has run several campaigns and made many promises he has no follow through for. When he senses people are catching on he moves on to the next thing.

Michelle and I met Scott in 2021 Bardfesr 

He over promised there and under delivered and many including Mike Lindell, Dr Eric Nepute, and Dr Sherry Tenny Penny put up tens of thousands of dollars. Nikki tells us he came out ahead on that. I bet he did.

He approached two people after Bardsfest in 2021 asking them to help buy the property he is now on for 1.3 million to establish a Bards nation head quarters for all the Bards people. One of the people told us that he had SK investigated and that the report came back that he was not highly thought of, was a narcissist, and had violent tendencies.

He declined, Brad bought it. The initial deal was, from what Scott personally told us, have it paid off in 3 yrs by Bards people. Scott would.talk for hours on having veterans come and stay, ect. So far it’s now just Brad’s property and Scott has his own fancy digs all to himself.

We have updates on 2 of those- 

In our first episode, the woman who gave Scott the Tibetan Mastiffs,a beautiful and majestic property guardian dog that her family breeds, came into the chat. He got them in May of 2024. 

He had two dogs he named Nika and Ezekiel. He talked up his ability to train and control dogs, however, from what Michelle and I had seen in person when he stayed at our home for 5 days with the puppies, he was not physically capable of caring for or training these puppies. Scott was in an accident which left his hip messed up. As a result he cannot walk very far and is unsteady on his feet. 

He had no plan to get 2 very ramubchous dogs home. Knowing they would need time to burn off energy and that Scott qs only physically capable of even a 30 min regular walk with 2 dogs, I found and contacted Airbnbs for them that had fenced in yards and allowed dogs. I tried to get him to do it but he said he was too busy. 

In addition, seeing how he was not capable of training these particular dogs on his own, I helped him find a dog trainer who was wonderful in Oregon. She took the dogs for a whole month at a very small rate. He was supposed to train along with her but did not.

Another theme of this episode you will hear tonight is how Scott used shamanism and witchcraft. He said he prayed with the trainer and she revealed all kinds of things about her past. Whatever happened, left her scared and she shut down her entire business after what Scott did to her. There was a blog post on her website and I spoke with her.

In discussing the dogs with the dog lady (we are withholding her name until she wants to come on and tell her side of the story) she says he made her feel badly about the dogs getting out or their demeanor. 

Dream- she had a dream about puppies dying. And shortly after Scott called her to say that he had shot Ezekiel. I have the 4 min audio of his description of events which we are still trying to confirm the authenticity of. However, his version does not add up.

He says the dogs got out, he tracked rhem down an old logging road with a neighbor. Found the dogs as Ezekiel attacked another neighbor’s ranch hand’s wife but no one was bit or injured. 

He says he then shot Ezekiel but in hindsight wishes he had shot Nika. Nika had been the trouble maker he said.

The Cantrells can speak to this Michelle 

The woman from Chile who Scott had convinced to do a land contract with came into the chat and we were able to confirm with her that she never received any funds from the give send go. We can also confirm from at least one source who gave to that fund that no refunds seem to have been given. Scott dis invited people she had invited like Flight Works Mary. 

She had secured food, lodging, and an interpreter. He cancelled on her at the last minute. I know Scott told me had had gotten on  check for $13,000 for that project.

Here we are, now in the midst of another big con. Mandolin Farms. The story we are about to tell you would not have unfolded if we had not all met there. To be clear, God did great and wonderful things there and many lives were changed and hearts healed. Not because of S but because of all the wonderful God filled people who showed up.

They all had such a great time they wnt to SK and wanted him to purchase it when they found out it was for sale 

However, SK had not paid Brad off for his 1.3 million and asking Bardz to come up with that .much money was a bridge too far. 

Many people gave cash and check donations. There is no way to track those but we know of one family that gave $700, several that gave $100-$200, and a man that handed S a gold coin and bought a brick.

We do not have final tallies on how many bricks were sold at $250. Best estimate is 50+ 

I spoke with the brick company that said they were told SK would sell 3,000. They had zoom meetings with Scotts assistants Charlie and Hannah and Scott declined having the companies, Brick Markers USA, set up a website that would help keep track of money and names. Instead, all money would be collected by Scott and a excel sheet was supposed be sent over when 100 bricks were sold. 

The company rep said they marked the project as going cold and that communications fell off. It wasn’t until February of 2025 that Hannah finally reached back out and told them that the project had fallen through. 

Nikki in the Bards chat is saying that Scott has refunded people who have asked for refunds. However, no email was sent out to let donors know that their memorial bricks to friends and family members like grandfather’s, sisters, and children would never be made.

Many were under the assumption that Mandolin farms was paid for and that the bricks were a fundraiser for a kitchen. Scott was mad people thought that but he was not clear

Also, Scott pivoted on the show and said the brick money would go to buy a mobile grill for Jim Conlee named after Jim’s son who died of an overdose while Jim was at Bardsfest 2023. Jim no longer talks to Scott and now believes he was using the name of his deceased son to raise funds for himself.

You cannot falsely raise funds for one thing and then put it to something else. In addition, he had not told anyone that he is not in communication with “Sammy’s grill” grill man.

The ethical and legal thing to do would be to send an email to all donors issues refunds to everyone, especially now that it is clear there will not be a mobile grill. People did not give for that.

In addition, where is the money from the givesendgo? That should never have been accessed unless to pay Willie, the owner of Mandolin farms 

I received texts from Willie and Bill, the campground manager, that they had only ever recieved $20,000. That was legally binding Ernest money. Bill tells us they had to go to Scotts campsite at Bardsfest fall of 2024 to demand he sign it over. Scott had stopped communicating with Bill and Willie.

Hello Leah sorry about the slow response I didn’t get home from work last night till about 11:00. I guess first of all I will say this, I received $20, 000 not $25,000. But this wasn’t until 7 months later after the contract ran out. I have not got another Penny since then. I just hope everything works out for you guys and even for him. God is not the author of confusion. I hate it that Satan’s little conniving ways has entered into the ministry and caused a poison to spread. I wish nothing but the best for Scott and I hope he gets things worked out with his Ministry and his followers and more importantly Our Father in heaven. Life is short and each day needs to be cherished. I still love Scott and you guys and all the people in the ministry and I wish them each and every one well. Wi’ll be okay on our end and I’m still here to help in any way I can even though things didn’t work out on the farm it’s okay. Sometimes business deals just don’t work out but that has nothing to do with personal. So if I can help in any way that I can even if Scott needs my help in some way to help him get lined out I will help him. I have not spoke to him for a year nor has he tried to contact me but there is no ill feelings toward anybody in the whole bunch. Scott had booked Mandolin Farms for a black pastors event on July 4th of 2024. Many people had made reservations and 

Bill the campground manager had put down deposits for a bouncy house, tables, chairs, ect. Scott pulled out 2 weeks before and did not notify Bill. Someone else notified him and Bill lost that weekends campers as well as his deposit. He had to threaten to get a lawyer to help get Scott to pay the deposits. He said Scott only paid half and did not fully pay for the fall Bardsfest costs..

 Now we enter into our personal story of betrayal, witchcraft, and mind control.

Sometime in late 2022 Scott had hooked up with the Church of Glad Tidings in Yuba City, CA. A patriot church run by Dave and Cheryl Bryant. They are know for demonic deliverance and  people travel from all over the world to come and get deliverance from demons and inner healing. They have a full time staff that will do deliverance with people who travel in.

They hold a conference called isaiah sixty one every year. Teaching and doing deliverance.

Dave’s known for testing the demons out of known satanist and on the Anton Lavey’s daughter.

Scott met Brian and Alicia Derrico and Cj and Rick.

Brian and alicia were full time ministers at glad tidings doing deliverance every day. 

CJ was a victim of satanic ritual abuse and tells her testimony and ministers with her husband Rick. 

As god does with everything he studies people and pretends to be a expert at it in a short time.

Michelle and I have always shied away from any sort of demonic deliverance.And so we deferred to bryan and alicia in scott on this. Supposedly Scott had become an expert in a year. 

And he was practicing his deliverant skills on everyone.

Scott is not a christian and michelle will tell the story later on how we know. Scott practices shamanism. We did not know this until later and did not put 2 and 2 together. When he talks about riding the horse with the guy in Montana and channeling his grandfather’s spirit.That is part of shaminism and witchcraft.

Scott told us, the Cantrells, and CJ and Rick about how he studied under a Shaman, CJ spoke to us this week and told us Scott tried to get her to do shamanic practices with him.

Olive Scotts so called deliverance was shamanic witchcraft masked as Christian deliverance.

Again, making himself out to be a victim, in constant need of “deliverance” from Brian and Alicia Derico, but also presenting himself as a person I should go to for prayer and delieverance. He also speaks about “going into the spirit for me.” That is not how Christianity works. We cannot “go into people’s minds and pasts” like this. This is shamanism and witchcraft. And I come out of agreement with all of it.
