Some so-called pious Christians think that the Bible teaches separating the religious world from the political one because politics is too dirty; they focus only on Jesus and the Gospel. This is not what the Pilgrims or founding fathers believed nor what the Bible teaches. Our friend Mike Adams recently did a podcast reprimanding Paul for Romans 13, calling Paul weak, shilling for Rome. Was Paul a pacifist? Absolutely not. God ordains government, and any governor who does not do the will of God is not to be obeyed because then they are a tyrant.
